orders are processed using PayPal, a long-standing online
business that allows you to securely, easily, and quickly
send and receive payments (includes credit cards) online.
If you do not already have a PayPal account, you may sign
up at https://www.paypal.com/.
Telephone and mail orders can now be accepted using Visa and MasterCard without going through PayPal. For telephone orders, call (253) 474-7867, M-F, 8-5 PST.

We will email you an order form that can be printed, filled
out, and returned to us by mail. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and money
orders. Once your payment is received or your charge has been authorized, we will ship your
order. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O. D. orders.

Shipping

We
ship USA orders using USPS Priority Mail which takes an average
of 2 to 3 days. In most cases, we will ship your order within
2 business days. We will notify you by email if we are unable
to ship within 2 business days.
Shipping
rates for USA purchases other than photo restoration are:
up
to $50 = $6.00
$50.01 - $75 = $10.00
$75.01 - $100 = $13.00
$100.01 - $150 = $16.00
$150.01 and up = $18.00

Return
policy
|
We
want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding photo restoration services), you
may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund
of purchase price. Shipping and handling charges will not
be refunded. Please contact us for return authorization prior
to returning any merchandise. If you paid for your order using
PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited. If you paid
by check or money order, your refund will be in the form of
a check from Marsha Schorer Digital Imaging.
For photo restoration services, your approval of finished product is obtained prior to finalizing transaction. |
