- No, your original photo is not altered. Your photo is digitally repaired from a scanned image of your photo.

- How much will it cost me to have my photograph restored?

- It depends on the condition of the original photo. Restoration prices start at $30 for minor restoration. You will receive a FREE estimate of the charges prior to commencing work on your photo.

- How long after I order before I receive my restored photo?
|
- It depends on the amount of work required to repair your photo plus the amount of jobs received prior to yours. An estimate will be provided you when you place your order.

- Can I mail you photos for repair?
|
- You can, but I discourage mailing original photos that cannot be replaced if lost. If you must mail the photo, please package it in a mailer that will not bend (or sandwich the photo between stiff cardboard) and send the package via certified mail. Sending via certified mail will greatly reduce the chance of the photo being lost in the mail.

- How do I get the image to you if I don't want to mail the original photo?

- Obtain a high resolution scan (300 dpi or higher) of the photo. You may either email the scanned image or have the scanned image put on a CD and mail the CD.

- I live in the Tacoma, WA area. Can I bring you the photo for scanning?
|
- Yes, but you need to phone or email to set up an appointment time.
|
- How do I pay for my order?
|
- If your order is for $100 or more, a 50% deposit is required at time of order. The balance is paid at job completion. You may pay using PayPal. We also accept most major credit cards. Your credit card information can be provided us over the phone.

- Do I get to see the finished product before prints are made?
|
- Yes. You will be contacted when your job is complete. If you live in the Tacoma, WA area, you may make an appointment to come in and see the finished product. If you live outside the area, your finished product will be posted on the website for you to see.

- What if I'm not happy with the finished restoration job?
|
- Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be notified during the estimate process if there are problem areas in your photo. If you are not happy with the final product, you will be refunded your deposit.
